Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
